This has improved their production efficiency and reduced the consumption of materials. The dimensions of the stainless steel tubes and tubes that are cold drawn have become more stable with inner surface roughness Ra<=0.4μm.
CBIES further imported the leading quality Roller hearth-type continuous oxygen-free annealing furnaces from Han De Korea. This furnace has a large output, leaves no oxidation on the surface of the tubes, and provides a high surface finish after being cold drawn.
